博士生導(dǎo)師、碩士生導(dǎo)師

徐后國，男，1984年9月生，于2013年6月獲中國海洋大學(xué)水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖博士學(xué)位，現(xiàn)任黃海水產(chǎn)研究所食品工程與營養(yǎng)研究室副主任、研究員，博士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事水產(chǎn)動物營養(yǎng)與飼料、魚類脂肪酸代謝、親體營養(yǎng)生理等方面的研究，發(fā)表論文100余篇，其中，以第一及通訊作者發(fā)表SCI論文70余篇（單篇最高影響因子15.135）。獲國家發(fā)明專利10余項。獲海洋科學(xué)技術(shù)二等獎1項。

入選國家萬人計劃-青年拔尖人才、山東省泰山學(xué)者-青年專家、江蘇省雙創(chuàng)人才、中國水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院“水科英才-領(lǐng)軍人才”；中國水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院“海水養(yǎng)殖動物營養(yǎng)生理與代謝調(diào)控”創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊首席科學(xué)家。主持國家重點研發(fā)計劃項目、國家海水魚體系“河鲀營養(yǎng)需求與飼料”崗位科學(xué)家、山東省優(yōu)秀青年基金、國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目等課題。

現(xiàn)任《Aquaculture Nutrition》、《Aquaculture Research》、《Fishes》期刊編輯；《Fish Physiology and Biochemistry》客座編輯；全國飼料評審委員會委員；中國水產(chǎn)學(xué)會水產(chǎn)動物營養(yǎng)與飼料專業(yè)委員會委員；中國水產(chǎn)學(xué)會生物餌料專業(yè)委員會委員；全國動物營養(yǎng)指導(dǎo)委員會水產(chǎn)動物營養(yǎng)分會秘書。

現(xiàn)任上海海洋大學(xué)、中國海洋大學(xué)、中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)、中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院、大連海洋大學(xué)、浙江海洋大學(xué)、天津農(nóng)學(xué)院、江蘇海洋大學(xué)、青島科技大學(xué)及河北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)研究生導(dǎo)師。
